Q. When using the bulk user registration function on the user screen, if the user ID consists only of numbers starting with 0, the 0 is omitted

A. Please edit with a text editor other than Excel.

Q. After starting the measurement, the data of the user being measured is not reflected on the portal screen (real-time screen)

A. Please check the following.

  1. Check if you have reference permission for the group to which the user being measured belongs.
  • You can check from "User" → "Edit" → "Permissions".
  1. Check if PDR sensing in the app settings is turned off on the smartphone used by the target user.
  • You can check from "TrackingNavi" → "Settings" → "PDR Sensing". Check PDR Sensing
